A Twist


Hmmm, something different. Confessing here that I've never roasted grapes. We love fruity sides with poultry, though; so, why not? Halved shallots, chopped thyme, a bunch of grapes and a tad of EVOO to moisten... I'd remove skin from chicken and smother it in the mixture. Doesn't get any easier.
