The little TV on my kitchen counter has gone beyond "luxury" to becoming a great source of info. Rachel Ray accompanied me this morning, as I baked for my holiday freezer. Today, she assembled an outrageous pumpkin lasagna with a béchamel sauce. This one will surely make my Thanksgiving table. Remember all that pumpkin purée I froze yesterday?
