The Storm-Ravaged South

We've been doing a lot of griping, around here, with regard to the weather. As I write, it teems buckets of rain, and G-d is loudly moving furniture (thunder, as my parents explained it, when Ronnie and I were little).

One knows when to stop with the complaints and instead feel fortunate, while offering prayers for those devastated by a fierce Mother Nature. The loss of life in Alabama and elsewhere is tragic. I shudder at the photo of the mile-wide tornado that packed 134-mph winds. Yes, prayers.
