Recent episodes of IDOL have been rather idle; but last night's San Fran Save brought a few "possibles" to the stage. Sad Songs (pun intended, Elton) seem more prevalent than ev-ah, this year. Do sob-story intros create an unfair edge? I'm thinkin' that maybe they should be saved for beyond-Hollywood rounds??? Let us think "talent", first; then we'll invest in Kleenex stock.
