Much to Joe's chagrin, I'm on a rice kick. Thought I'd treat him to a little pasta side tonight, in thanks for his good sportsmanship in adapting to Asia Month.
For one man: I mixed 2 wedges of Laughing Cow Swiss Light, 1/2 cup Chobani Greek plain fat-free and 3/4 cup Pomì tomatoes with cooked Barilla mini bow-ties. Put into a sprayed single baker, topped with more tomatoes and 1/2 slice provolone... to be heated in the oven or microwave.
