Carrot Fries

Julienned carrots with lots of shaved, fresh ginger and a dose of freshly ground pepper... spritzed with my best EVOO and "oven-fried" at 400 degrees... make tons of them! For my Baby Grands, I'll just use cinnamon and oil... I know they'll devour them.
