This morning, I found Ahno's blog entitled "GivingUpWhat" to be interesting. She's a thinker, often delving into the gray. My response on her site suggested that it's what we do with the starkness of the black and white that matters; thus, the gray.
To elaborate...
Joe often shares his work day with me via mention of what this or that one had to say. I'll always ask, "Well, just what made him say that?" He'll give me that famous no-words look of his, to which I'll respond, "It's not the black and white I'm interested in - it's the gray." Then, he'll delve into that fuzzy area of what makes people tick, after which I'll be satisfied, clarity restored.
That's life.
