Lovin' our hummus, these days... even Joe, though he's appalled by just what he is devouring! It makes a great dip with chips or veggies, of course; but it's also awesome as a spread on pitas or sandwiches. Add a fistful of sprouts to whatever, and it's Gourmet Heaven. I made a mean pasta primavera salad the other day, using it as a dressing, with lots of fresh lemon juice and chives... yum.
Rarely do I buy pre-made products; but this is delicious. There are still a couple of ingredients that we can live healthier without, though; sooooo, I must try some homemade recipes. Dozens of uses.
