Conjecture

It's possible that many of us started out with the "Oh, him again?" phrase, in sloughing off of the Charlie Sheen news at hand. Then, it happened. The media grabbed hold of the story and repeated it too many times to count. Charlie popped in on Piers Morgan and the likes. So, even those of us who do not partake in his over-hyped TV show became involved, like it or not.

How heartbreaking to see his manic downfall. How doubly heartbreaking, as a parent, to think of his own folks, as they are forced to witness the tragedy, unable to help. How mind-blowing to witness his babies, as they are subjected to CS's idea of a healthy "village" of participants to raise them, himself included. Thank G-d they've been removed from the bomb site.

And then, there is Twitter. I don't indulge; however, I've heard that within hours, he had a million followers, none of whom are capable of removing the pin from the grenade. What sad commentary....

Here's hoping that (a) he allows himself to be helped, or (b) in the event he does not, no one else is harmed, along his explosive way.
