mending books by (link) Roger Hargreaves. I must have been living in a bubble, to have missed these timeless gems. And if the little stories that address various human traits and behaviors don't thrill you enough, then there are the incredible illustrations. I've purchased a dozen MR. MEN and LITTLE MISS books from Amazon, to be shared amongst our Grands... but not before Joe and I read each one... aloud... taking turns... and to each other (and Mambo). Then, they'll reside in my Lenten basket, till it's time for the giving.
