Fingerlings - Color Me!

Purple, red and white potatoes, all in one bag… very appealing. Wash 'em, boil 'em till done and dry 'em. Cut larger ones in half, pop all into a pan and sprinkle well with EVOO. Season with pepper, garlic and paprika and throw 'em into a hot, hot oven for about half an hour. Shake or turn a couple times and voilà:
For us, a delicious and colorful side dish with cornflake baked chicken, cranberry and salad.
