Intense Flavor






When you recon-
stitute sun-dried tomatoes for a recipe, be sure to double the batch. Then, in the Cuisinart, crumble day-old ciabatta (or your favorite bread), toss in those tomatoes and some oregano, and go to it. Amazing. A few crumbs on top of a quiche, or just about anything, will enhance flavors beyond description. Tonight, they shall reappear on baked Mahi Mahi. YUM. Keep them handy in the 
fridge or freezer.
