In a perfect world, we would have had the op-
portunity to take all four of our beautiful Baby Grands to (link) Meyers Farm on the same day. Second best was a rerun for equal time; we had another spectacular afternoon. Aubs remarked, "G'ma, maybe you can get us all together on..." How sweet.
We knew to do the Haunted House together... security for all! What we didn't know of was the addition of a live, costumed character at the end. He - or was it a she? - honked a loud horn, before handing out Tootsie Roll pops. Aubs was not a happy camper; Gavin boyishly commented, "That's not scary!"
Gotta luv them.
Those funky Scottish Highland cows were awaiting the carrot-carriers aboard the hayride. We had experienced heavy rains for two solid days, prior to our outing. Need I say more? I was so lucky to have caught Gav's reaction.
Not to worry, the slide was still there. We guesstimate that fifty trips per Grand were made... up the long stairway, down the slide and blurry runs 'round for the next trip. See those socks? Imagine where they ended up, at the end of the day!!??!!
Barrel rides afforded us lots of giggles...
We headed home for a "buffet" dinner of choice and an awesome night's sleep - really! Sunday morning artwork was anxiously begun, but only after refueling with banana-yogurt pancakes and eggs.
Our little artists.... ♥
