Rescue-The-Fruit Salad Dressing

Don't you find it ever so frustrating to invest hard-earned $$$$'s in nutritious fruit, only to have it rot before it ripens? Such is the case with recently purchased bananas and mangoes, grown in the-Lord-knows-where and costing a dollar a pop. One can tolerate just so many fruity yogurt smoothies. Sooooo, I salvaged what I could from both varieties and gave results a whirl with an immersion blender. A good hit of bottled lemon juice brought the dressing to tangy. We'll have it on a tossed salad, tonight, with a grind of pepper and a few chopped walnuts, for crunch.
Whatever.
