Keep 'Em Handy

You've seen these ingredients before on CMI. With just 6 noodles, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 egg, 1 box of tomatoes, 1 fresh tomato (sliced on top of the whole shebang), some shaved Pecorino-Romano, awesome seasoning and leftover barbecued chicken, I reaped 4 servings of light lasagna. Noodles can be broken to fit any baker. It's great hot, room temp, or cold. Try it!
