Yes, thanks to a friend who shared the nearby location of a currently-empty eagle's nest with us. We are told that two bambinos took flight, this past spring.

While we were checking it out, our neighbor was experiencing the close-up fishing expedition of Big Baldie, here at the lake. Timing is everything. Not to worry, though, 'cause our winged friends seem to be appearing fairly regularly, once again, albeit sometimes in the distance!
