Champagne Or Grill?


Some would think our alcohol-free entry to the New Year rather dull. But, hey... who's to judge? We're a low-key team! :-) Just remember to grill 'em, if your choice is a similar one:

Baste meaty side of two-pounders with melted butter/lemon. Place shell-side down on a medium-to-hot grill, close lid and leave for eight minutes. Turn and grill for another three. When they are the color pictured, they are perfect.
